TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be carried out by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum prices. This contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance of the safety equipment of tunnels on the departmental road network, and in particular: - Electrical power distribution installations for road tunnels, with the exception of those of the Chat tunnel; - Lighting installations for tunnels, including those of the Chat tunnel. Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out periodic inspections in accordance with the specifications specific to each item of equipment. Corrective maintenance is carried out following a breakdown reported by the operator on one or more items of equipment. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, starting from the date of notification of the contract. It may be renewed 3 times. Maximum amount per period: 350 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT), i.e. 1 400 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) over the total duration of 4 years.
