- Continuous supervision of servers, workstations, and backups.
- Remote and on-site technical support according to contractual deadlines.
- Traceability of all operations performed on the IT park.
- Supply, administration, supervision, and management of licenses for the Microsoft 365 environment (including 63 Exchange Plan 1, 76 Microsoft 365 Business Standard, and 14 Microsoft 365 Apps for Business licenses), antivirus licenses, and firewall support.
- Management of an infrastructure comprising several physical and virtual servers.
