TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the maintenance contract for HVAC installations (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air treatment, DHW) of the buildings of the Head Office of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency located at 90, rue du Férétra in TOULOUSE and the territorial delegations of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency, located in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau and Saint Pantaléon de Larche (Brive). It is a lot-partitioned contract for lump-sum services P2 + P3 (total guarantee or GER) with a savings-sharing clause (P.F.I GER contract) as defined in the drafting guide of technical clauses for public heating operation contracts with or without major equipment maintenance and with an obligation of result.
