TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the maintenance contract for HVAC installations (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air treatment, DHW) of the buildings of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency headquarters located at 90, rue du Férétra in TOULOUSE and the territorial delegations of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency, located in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau and Saint Pantaléon de Larche (Brive). It is a multi-lot contract of lump-sum services P2 + P3 (total guarantee or GER) with a profit-sharing clause on savings (P.F.I GER contract) as defined in the drafting guide for technical clauses of public heating operation contracts with or without major equipment maintenance and with a performance obligation.
