TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is for the maintenance of electrical installations for high-voltage current and low-voltage current (CFO/CFA), including checks, servicing and cleaning of technical components, as well as electrical works in the context of urgent or very urgent breakdown assistance for the Marseille sites of the Caisse de Prévoyance et de Retraite du Personnel Ferroviaire. Given the evolution of the contracting authority’s strategic real-estate projects, the scope of the services relating to the building located on Boulevard de Paris in Marseille (2nd arrondissement) may change during the performance of the contract. In the event that this building is sold, the associated maintenance services may be reduced or removed, including where they correspond to lump-sum services. This change in the scope of the services may be brought about by the implementation of the review clause provided for in the Specific Administrative Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières) (CCAP).
