TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the maintenance of electrical installations for strong current & low current CFo/CFA, including checks, servicing and cleaning of technical components, as well as electrical interventions as part of urgent or very urgent breakdown services for the Marseille sites of the Caisse de Prévoyance et de Retraite du Personnel Ferroviaire. Given the evolution of the contracting authority’s strategic real-estate projects, the scope of the services relating to the building located at boulevard de Paris in Marseille (2nd arrondissement) may change during the performance of the contract. In the event that this building is sold, the associated maintenance services may be reduced or withdrawn, including where they correspond to lump-sum services. This change in the scope of the services may take place through the implementation of the review clause provided for in the Specific Administrative Clauses Booklet (Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières) (CCAP).
