This supply and service contract aims to ensure the supply and service intended to provide maintenance, operation, and upkeep of all technical installations of the building, with a focus on occupant comfort, energy optimization, and service quality. It revolves around three major challenges: - Comfort & Safety: Maintaining an optimal service quality and a level of comfort adapted to the occupants. - Energy Performance: Optimization and rationalization of equipment operation to reduce carbon footprint and energy bills. - Asset Sustainability: Rigorous maintenance and upkeep (preventive and corrective) of all technical installations. The scope of services includes: - Operation & Management: Supervision, adjustments, and daily monitoring of technical equipment. - Preventive Maintenance: Systematic maintenance, regulatory inspections, and periodic revisions. - Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Curative interventions, on-call duty, and reinstatement of installations. - Energy Monitoring: Consumption analysis, improvement proposals, and efficiency adjustments.
