This supply and services contract aims to provide supplies and services intended to ensure the maintenance, operation, and servicing of all the building's technical installations, with a concern for occupant comfort, energy optimization, and quality of service. It is structured around three major challenges: - Comfort & Safety: Maintaining an optimal quality of service and a comfort level adapted to the occupants. - Energy Performance: Optimization and rationalization of equipment operation to reduce the carbon footprint and energy bill. - Heritage Sustainability: Rigorous maintenance and servicing (preventive and corrective) of all technical installations. It covers the following scope of services: - Operation & Management: Steering, adjustments, and daily monitoring of technical equipment. - Preventive Maintenance: Systematic servicing, regulatory visits, and periodic inspections. - Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Curative interventions, on-call duty, and recommissioning of installations. - Energy Monitoring: Consumption analysis, improvement proposals, and sobriety adjustments.
