TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation aims to entrust an operator with the maintenance and operation of the community's heating and air handling installations. By installations, it means: - heating and air handling installations to ensure the production of heating and Domestic Hot Water (DHW), - Air treatment, air conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Controlled (VMC) installations. This contract is established with a fixed-price part (DPGF) and a framework agreement part (BPU). Framework agreement part: The operator will be responsible for corrective maintenance of the community's installations through the supply and replacement of spare parts on demand. In the BPU, the operator must also indicate their hourly rate for assistance during inspections by approved bodies. The scope of services is detailed in the CCTP. Candidates are not allowed to make any additions or modifications to it.
