TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance of thermal and air handling installations of the Urban Hospitals of the CHRU of Nancy including all or part of the following services: - Management of the energy performance of sites and buildings; - Operation, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of thermal installations, domestic hot water (DHW), water treatment, air treatment, air conditioning (P2); - Maintenance and restoration with identical or functionally equivalent replacement of defective equipment in order to keep the installation in good continuous operating condition (P3 MRE + REN); - Optimization of energy consumption through a works program (P3 – Improvement axis). - Major maintenance and renewal of heating and DHW networks (including shut-off and adjustment devices) outside boiler rooms and technical premises.
