TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance of thermal and air handling installations of the Urban Hospitals of CHRU Nancy including all or part of the following services: - Management of the energy performance of the sites and buildings; - Operation, routine maintenance and repairs of thermal installations, domestic hot water (DHW), water treatment, air treatment, air conditioning (P2); - Maintenance and restoration with identical or functionally equivalent replacement of defective equipment to keep the installation in continuous good working order (P3 MRE + REN); - Optimization of energy consumption through a work program (P3 – Improvement axis). - Major maintenance and renewal of heating and DHW networks (including shut-off and control devices) outside of boiler rooms and technical premises.
