TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be carried out by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all periods of renewal and options (similar services and renewals). The successful tenderer is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), the support establishment, of the GHT Haute-Savoie Pays de Gex, awards the contract within the scope of its legal authority (Article L 6132-2-5°a) of the Public Health Code to one of the GHT members, namely the Centre Hospitalier Gabriel Déplante (CHGD). In this respect, the support establishment carries out the award procedure and signs the contract for its participating establishment. The establishment is responsible for performing the contract, with the exception of the conclusion of any amendments and subcontracting acts.
