TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum amounts. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods and options (similar services and renewals). The successful tenderer is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), the supporting establishment, for the GHT Haute-Savoie Pays de Gex awards the contract within the scope of its legal competence (Article L 6132-2-5°a) of the French Public Health Code to one of the members of the GHT, namely the Centre Hospitalier Gabriel Déplante (CHGD). In this regard, the supporting establishment carries out the award procedure and signs the contract on behalf of its participating establishment. The establishment is responsible for performance of the contract, with the exception of the preparation of any amendments and acts of subcontracting.
