This procurement procedure is carried out as part of a joint purchasing arrangement in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following entities: - Bordeaux Métropole - City of Bordeaux - City of Bruges - City of Bègles - City of Le Bouscat - City of Pessac The coordinator of the joint purchasing arrangement is: Bordeaux Métropole. It will be responsible for the award procedure, the signing and the notification of the framework agreement. Each member must follow the implementation of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices.
