• Initial duration: One year from the date of its notification.
• Total duration: The framework agreement can be tacitly renewed three times for one year, meaning its total duration, including renewals, cannot exceed four years.
• Key milestones or phases: Monthly meetings will be organized for the first six months, followed by quarterly meetings.

The core scope of work for this tender involves ensuring maintenance actions up to Level 3, as defined by NF EN 13306 and FDX 60-319 standards. This includes basic operational tasks, actions requiring simple procedures or external support equipment, and other necessary interventions.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Maintenance Services: Execution of maintenance activities from Level 1 to Level 3.
• Corrective Maintenance: Handling corrective interventions initiated by Universcience through their COSWIN system, with work orders transmitted via email. This also includes addressing regulatory reserves within one month of notification.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Submission of documents certifying work completion and a detailed list of parts used within one working day after each intervention.
• Updating information in the maintenance logs of the machinery.
• Presentation of interventions in a monthly activity review (RMA), detailing planned and actual hours and completion rates. A monthly report is due one week before the review meeting.
• For quoted interventions (over €400 HT or upon request), updating and transmitting exploitation/maintenance tracking documents, modified plans and diagrams, and a file of replaced parts.
• Email transmission of closed work order numbers, intervention dates, and time spent after each intervention.
• Quotation Requirements: Submission of transparent quotes for non-package services, clearly detailing both parts and labor costs.
• Contractual Meetings: Participation in monthly (first six months) and then quarterly meetings to review issues, completed services, and financial status. The contractor is responsible for drafting meeting minutes within 7 calendar days.
• Designated Contact: Appointment of a single point of contact within eight days of the framework agreement notification to manage operational requests and coordinate services.
• Equipment Renewal: Managing the renewal of specific components and parts of the fleet vehicles, which requires submitting a quote to Universcience within 7 working days for strategic machines and 10 working days for non-strategic machines.
