The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit prices and lump-sum prices. Estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this consultation is to find a partner capable of selling and providing support for SAP BusinessObjects licences to the Hauts-de-France Regional Council, as well as handling version upgrades.
