Maintenance préventive, curative du système de supervision GAASPAR (Gestion Automatisée de l'Assainissement Parisien)

The contract has a total duration of 48 firm months, starting from the date of notification of the framework agreement. This duration is fixed and cannot be renewed. Prices are firm during the first year of the framework agreement's execution. Subsequently, prices will be revised annually on the anniversary date of the contract notification, commencing from the first anniversary.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the maintenance and improvement of industrial IT systems and automation within the Parisian sanitation network, divided into two distinct lots.

Lot 1: Maintenance of the GAASPAR Supervision System

• Preventive Maintenance: This includes annual visits, security updates for operating systems, virtualization systems, Panorama software, Oracle database, and Business Objects software. It also involves verifying the proper functioning of HA for redundant virtualization systems and submitting an annual maintenance visit report with analysis, diagnosis, and proposed corrective actions.
• Corrective Maintenance: Aims to restore or improve the performance of faulty equipment. This specifically covers the complete reinstallation of client or operating workstations and complete reinstallation of physical or virtual servers.
• Infrastructure Updates.
• Ad-hoc Maintenance: Includes setting up and executing on-call services.
• Image Wall Maintenance: Covers warranty extensions and preventive maintenance.
• Integration of New Sites.
• Development and Modification of Supervision Views.
• Addition or Modification of Complex Calculations.
• Distribution of the Supervision Application.
• Time-based Interventions: Includes providing project management (on-site and remote), engineering (on-site and remote), and technical expertise (on-site and remote). Specialized engineering assistance and expertise are also required for Codra, Business Objects, Oracle, Cybersecurity, and Hirschmann networks.
• System Functions: The system is expected to parameterize and update the network, load, filter, calculate, and prioritize data, schedule consolidation, consolidate results, validate data, edit reports, generate Sandre data, export TD data, archive and restore the database, import data, manage configurations, and provide dry weather statistics.

Lot 2: Maintenance of Automation Systems

• Preventive and Curative Maintenance of Automation Systems for the Parisian sanitation network.
• On-site Expertise: Includes providing project management expertise in automation and technical expertise in automation and electrotechnics (electrician).
