TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production, and water treatment installations at 58 sites spread across the territory of the Parthenay-Gâtine community of municipalities consisting of 38 communes. The contract consists of a firm term relating to the operation and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production, and water treatment installations for an initial duration of 36 months, renewable once for 24 months. The optional term is intended to allow the replacement of the heating production equipment at the Secondigny school, whose operation and maintenance fall within the scope of this contract. In this respect, this work service, which is an exceptional operation compared to P2 and P3 of the firm term, presents a direct link to the main object of the contract insofar as it concerns equipment for which the contractor ensures operation and maintenance. This optional term allows the community to decide later on this investment while guaranteeing the technical coherence of the services.
