TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production and water treatment installations of 58 sites distributed across the territory of the Parthenay-Gâtine community of communes composed of 38 municipalities. The contract consists of a firm period relating to the operation and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production and water treatment installations for an initial duration of 36 months, renewable once for 24 months. The optional period aims to allow the renewal of the heating production equipment of the Secondigny school, whose operation and maintenance are within the scope of this contract. In this sense, this work service, an exceptional operation compared to P2 and P3 of the firm period, has a direct link with the main purpose of the contract as it concerns equipment for which the holder ensures operation and maintenance. This optional period allows the community to subsequently decide on this investment while ensuring the technical coherence of the services.
