TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covers the following services: Evolving maintenance of IP telephony systems The purpose of the contract is the maintenance and keeping in operational condition of existing telephony systems, software and equipment, as well as the supply of additional hardware and software as part of evolving maintenance for the entities forming the joint purchasing group: Ville de Versailles and the Communauté d'agglomération de Versailles Grand Parc. The contract also includes the following associated services: studies, configuration, implementation, securing and training related to improvements and extensions of internal telephony solutions. Finally, it includes assistance services for operations and change management, carried out on-site or in an office, in particular by remote access/remote takeover, in the form of units of work. The services are broken down into two technical lots: Lot 1: Evolving maintenance of IP telephony systems /Lot 2: Supply of IP telephone terminals and associated accessories.
