TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of professional maintenance services for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 license (hereinafter referred to as "Maintenance for the MSD NAV license" and "MSD NAV"). The Maintenance for the MSD NAV license also includes the right to use new system versions including the add-on module 4008420 Business Assistant. The Maintenance for the MSD NAV license must enable the contracting authority to manage and develop the revenue and financial part of the MS Dynamics NAV information system without interruption. The subject of the public contract also includes the extension of the number of objects of type Table (8200) by 20 pieces. A precise description of the services is given in Article II of the contract for providing Maintenance for the MS Dynamics NAV license, the draft of which is Annex No. 4 to the tender documentation (hereinafter also the "public contract agreement"), and the license description including the required number of objects is stated in Annex No. 1 to the public contract agreement.
