TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the corrective and evolutive maintenance of the Business Objects licence pool, as well as the upgrade services and assistance for the associated technical environment for the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropole. The services expected from the successful tenderer are as follows: - For the fixed-price portion, the aim is to ensure • Corrective maintenance and support • Evolutive, adaptive and regulatory maintenance - For the call-off order portion, the aim is to provide occasional additional services in order to meet the needs expressed by MAMP within the scope of its decision-making IT infrastructure, namely: • Assistance mission on-site or remotely, • Additional developments (study, technical assistance, development…), • Installation or upgrade of BO servers.
