TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has the purpose of corrective and evolving maintenance of the Business Objects licence portfolio, as well as upgrade services and support for the associated technical environment for the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropole. The services expected from the successful tenderer are as follows: - For the fixed-price portion, the aim is to ensure • Corrective maintenance and support • Evolving, adaptive and regulatory maintenance - For the order form portion, the aim is to provide occasional complementary services in order to meet the needs expressed by MAMP within the scope of its decision-making IT infrastructure, namely: • Assistance mission on site or remotely, • Additional developments (study, technical assistance, development, …), • Installation or upgrading of BO servers.
