TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract concerns the execution of multitechnical maintenance services, which the Holder commits to provide on behalf of the Beneficiary (CNBF), regarding the six (6) real estate complexes listed below, identified from A to F: • A - Boulevard Sébastopol, Paris 1st arrondissement, • B - Rue Vivienne, Paris 2nd arrondissement, • C - Place de la Sorbonne, Paris 5th arrondissement, • D - Rue Condé, Paris 6th arrondissement, • E - Rue de Clichy, Paris 9th arrondissement, • F - Rue Saint Antoine, Paris 4th arrondissement. The scope of intervention may evolve depending on property vacancies and may, where applicable, give rise to requests for ad hoc services, notably by way of examples for the following sites: • Rue Danielle-Casanova, Paris 2nd arrondissement, • Rue Dante, Paris 5th arrondissement, • Rue d’Artois, Paris 8th arrondissement, • Avenue de Friedland, Paris 8th arrondissement.
