TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the execution of multi-technical maintenance services, which the Contractor undertakes to perform on behalf of the Beneficiary (CNBF), regarding the six (6) real estate complexes designated below, identified from A to F: • A - Boulevard Sébastopol, 1st arrondissement, Paris, • B - Rue Vivienne, 2nd arrondissement, Paris, • C - Place de la Sorbonne, 5th arrondissement, Paris, • D - Rue Condé, 6th arrondissement, Paris, • E - Rue de Clichy, 9th arrondissement, Paris, • F - Rue Saint Antoine, 4th arrondissement, Paris. The scope of intervention may evolve depending on property vacancies and may, if applicable, lead to requests for occasional services, notably for the following sites as examples: • Rue Danielle-Casanova, 2nd arrondissement, Paris, • Rue Dante, 5th arrondissement, Paris, • Rue d’Artois, 8th arrondissement, Paris, • Avenue de Friedland, 8th arrondissement, Paris.
