TENDER DESCRIPTION

As this is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual stipulations, purchase orders may be issued until the last day of validity of this framework agreement. This framework agreement is single-awarded. The framework agreement is effective as of 1 January 2027 or, if later, its notification date to the contract holder, until 31/12/2027. It may then be the subject of 3 tacit one-year renewals on 1 January of each year, without its term being able to extend beyond 31/12/2030. The service provider may not oppose this. Any decision not to renew will be notified no later than 2 months before the end date of the relevant period and shall not give rise to any entitlement to compensation for the contract holder. Renewal may also take place if the maximum amount is reached during the said period. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for each performance period (from 1 January 2027 or, if later, its notification date to the contract holder, until 31/12/2027), and then for each tacit one-year renewal, is set at EUR 450,000.00 (excluding tax) i.e. EUR 540,000.00 (including tax) As this is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual stipulations, purchase orders…
