TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is a sensitive contract. It concerns the Operational Maintenance (MCO) of the equipment of the buried command posts BASE, the COR of Taverny and the buried structure of the EAR of Perthes. This MCO applies in the following areas: pneumatic control system of doors and its automation; high voltage; low voltage; air conditioning equipment and chilled water production by cooling unit; hydraulic networks; fire safety system. The description of the services included within the scope of the framework agreement project is defined in article 1 of the Consultation Rules "candidature phase", a document freely downloadable via the State procurement platform (PLACE), www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The framework agreement includes an estimated minimum amount of €560,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €6,300,000 excluding VAT for a validity of 7 years from its notification date.
