TENDER DESCRIPTION

This competition is organised with a view to the award of a Project Management contract (MOE) for the performance of the following services: construction of an annex building for the Departmental Archives and a building for the Departmental Media Library services of Aveyron. The successful contractor will be assigned a basic assignment: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET and AOR, supplemented by the following assignments: - CSSI: Fire Safety System Coordination. - SYN: Synthesis studies. - EXEp: Partial execution studies (preparation of the DQE and sizing of the determining elements, including in the structure) - MOB: Furniture The portion of the financial envelope allocated by the contracting authority to the works is EUR 18,000,000 excluding tax (HT), i.e. EUR 21,600,000 including tax (TTC) (value May 2026).
