TENDER DESCRIPTION

Restricted competition for project management at sketch design level +. The mission elements are detailed in the tender documents. The estimated financial envelope allocated by the contracting authority to the works is set at EUR 10,650,000.00 (excl. VAT). A contract without advertising or competitive bidding will be awarded following the competition to the winner (if there is more than one winner, they all take part in the negotiations) (R2122-6 of the Public Procurement Code).
