The date 19/02/27 is indicative and not contractual. This notice concerns Phase I of the submission of applications as part of a restricted tender for the award of a project management mission for the rehabilitation of the smoke extraction and extinguishing installations of the CORUM, at the end of which 5 candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected (subject to a sufficient number of candidates = the contracting authority may select fewer than 5 candidates if necessary). The operation consists of the renovation of the technical installations of the CORUM building in MONTPELLIER. The operation will be carried out on an occupied site. The project objectives are as follows: Carry out a complete diagnosis of the existing installations Bring the smoke extraction / HVAC / Extinguishing / Fire Control installations into compliance Improve evacuation conditions (accessibility, signage, smoke extraction). Optimize maintenance and reliability of the installations.
