The consultation concerns the services described below: PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE RESTORATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE ROYAL CONVENT OF SAINT MAXIMIN LA SAINTE BAUME AND CREATION OF A CULTURAL HUB INCLUDING THE MUSEUM OF MEDIEVAL HISTORY OF PROVENCE The financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget. The provisional financial envelope allocated to the works is 36,782,000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT (Value April 2026). The contract is awarded by a negotiated procedure pursuant to Article L. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R. 2142-21 of the Public Procurement Code, the contracting authority prohibits candidates from submitting multiple bids for the contract by acting simultaneously: 1/ as individual candidates and as members of one or more consortia, 2/ as members of several consortia This prohibition applies to the lead architect, his or her co-contracting architect(s), and the scenographer.
