The framework agreement will be executed by the award of subsequent contracts. The study carried out on the convent highlights serious structural disorders requiring interventions tailored to its heritage value. The analysis of the remains, based on precise surveys, on-site observations and historical research, makes it possible to understand the site’s architectural evolution and the causes of its ruin. --> A four-stage intervention strategy, developed by the architects of Studio Pia and the engineering consultancy BMI, is proposed to progressively secure the site while optimizing costs.
