TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation concerns the services designated below: PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE RESTRUCTURING AND EXTENSION OF THE DEPARTMENTAL CHILDHOOD CENTER OF THE TOULON AREA. The funding for the service is provided by the departmental budget. Within the framework of the services covered by this contract, the contractor is required to comply with and apply the regulations and standards in force. The portion of the provisional financial envelope allocated to the works is 16,783,110.00 euros excluding VAT as of the value date May 2026. The contract is awarded according to a negotiated procedure pursuant to Article L. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R. 2124-3 3° of the same code, the design services, which constitute a significant part of this contract, justify the use of this procedure. In accordance with Article R.2172-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code, the choice not to use the competition purchase technique is justified by the fact that this contract mainly concerns the rehabilitation of an existing structure.
