TENDER DESCRIPTION

The phased contract will be concluded in application of articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. It includes 3 phases of works: - Phase 1: o Rehabilitation of the clarifiers. Installation of isolation valves o Production of industrial water - Phase 2: o Creation of a building at the process entrance for the pretreatment of effluents and for the reception workshop of emptying and dredging materials o Demolition/dismantling of abandoned structures - Phase 3: o Integration of a sludge thickening process and renewal of fine screens o Renewal of process air production equipment o Rehabilitation of the biomaster civil engineering o Creation of a structure near the DDC and biomaster, dedicated to sand washing and aeration o Securing of the gravel removal and temporary screening structure in the external spillway (DO ext) o Construction of a new material storage building The duration of the works (DET mission) also including the VISA and AOR missions will be as follows: - Phase 1: 10 months - Phase 2: 14 months - Phase 3: 14 months No variants allowed The phased contract will be concluded in application of articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the…
