Design and project management for the transfer of the activity of the Educational Medical Institute (IME) “La Roseraie” to the site of the Institute for the Rehabilitation of Speech and Hearing (IRPA) in RONCHIN - Partial rehabilitation of the premises As part of its public service mission, the Établissement Public Départemental pour Soutenir, Accompagner, Eduquer (EPDSAE) accommodates children and adults for whom it provides support in the main areas of social action: Prevention, Child Protection, Disability. The EPDSAE owns the building of the Educational Medical Institute (IME) “la Roseraie”, located at 5 rue du Capitaine Michel in LILLE. This existing building has numerous technical, construction, energy-related issues, as well as a need to comply with standards for persons with reduced mobility (PMR) and for health requirements. The project therefore provides for transferring the day reception of the IME “La Roseraie” to the site of the Institute for the Rehabilitation of Speech and Hearing located at place de l’Abbé de l’Epée in RONCHIN, which is owned by the Department of Nord.
