Design and project management services for the transfer of the operations of the Medical-Educational Institute (IME) “La Roseraie” to the site of the Institute for Rehabilitation of Speech and Hearing (IRPA) in RONCHIN – Partial rehabilitation of the premises As part of its public service mission, the Public Departmental Establishment for Supporting, Accompanying, and Educating (EPDSAE) provides care for children and adults for whom it ensures support across the main areas of social action: Prevention, Child Protection, and Disability. The EPDSAE owns the building of the Medical-Educational Institute (IME) “la Roseraie”, located at 5 rue du Capitaine Michel in LILLE. This existing building has numerous technical, structural, and energy-related issues, as well as non-compliance with accessibility standards for persons with reduced mobility (PMR) and health and safety standards. The project therefore provides for transferring the day-care reception of the IME “La Roseraie” to the site of the Institute for Rehabilitation of Speech and Hearing, located at place de l'Abbé de l'Epée in RONCHIN, owned by the Département du Nord.
