- Subject of the framework agreement (See art 2.1 of the public call for tenders rules) This consultation is organized with a view to awarding a single-award framework agreement for urban project management with subsequent contracts and purchase orders for the development of the Sainte Marie - Massillon neighbourhood, including the design tasks for the urban project and public spaces. The contract covers the entire study perimeter of the PPA Sainte Marie-Massillon. - Award procedure Breakdown of the project manager's tasks The chosen procedure is the negotiated procedure. - Type of framework agreement (See art 2.4 of the public call for tenders rules) The performance of the services will give rise to a single-award urban project management framework agreement with a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euros excluding VAT.
