TENDER DESCRIPTION
- Subject of the framework agreement (See art. 2.1 of the public call for competition rules) This consultation is organized with a view to awarding a single-award framework agreement for urban project management with subsequent contracts and purchase orders for the development of the Sainte Marie - Massillon district, including the design missions for the urban project and public spaces. The contract covers the entire study area of the PPA Sainte Marie-Massillon. - Award procedure Breakdown of the project manager's missions The chosen procedure is the negotiated procedure - Form of the framework agreement (See art. 2.4 of the public call for competition rules) The execution of the services will result in a single-award urban project management framework agreement with a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euros excluding VAT. Contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement are referred to as "subsequent contracts"
