- Subject of the framework agreement (See Article 2.1 of the public invitation to tender regulations) This consultation is organized for the award of a single-award framework agreement for urban project management with subsequent contracts and purchase orders for the development of the Sainte Marie - Massillon district, including the missions of designing the urban project and public spaces. The contract covers the entire study perimeter of the PPA Sainte Marie-Massillon. - Award procedure Breakdown of the project manager's missions The chosen procedure is the negotiated procedure - Form of the framework agreement (See Article 2.4 of the public invitation to tender regulations) The execution of the services will result in a single-award framework agreement for urban project management with a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euros excluding VAT. The contracts concluded based on the framework agreement are referred to as "subsequent contracts"
