TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to carry out the engineering design management assignment for the restoration of the facades and external joinery located on Victoria Avenue and Adolphe Adam Street, as well as the facades overlooking the inner courtyards of the building located at 12-14 quai des Gesvres in Paris (75004). The building, forming a block, rises on a ground floor (RDC) and six storeys. The central courtyard is built above the ground floor (RDC). There are four main external facades and four small facades at the chamfered corners. The work covers the restoration of ashlar stone and render facades, ironwork, the rainwater drainage system, lead elements, and the replacement of external joinery. Dating from the 1860s, the heritage restoration skills required for the engineering design management will be necessary to carry out this mission and to liaise with the services of the Bâtiments de France.
