TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to carry out the Project management assignment for the restoration of the façades and external joinery located on Avenue Victoria and Rue Adolphe Adam, as well as the façades overlooking the inner courtyard of the building located at 12–14 Quai des Gesvres in Paris (75004). The building, forming an island block, rises from a ground floor (RDC) and six floors. The central courtyard is built above the ground floor (RDC). There are four main external façades and four smaller façades on the chamfered corners. The work covers the restoration of ashlar stone and render façades, ironwork, the rainwater drainage system, lead elements, and the replacement of external joinery. Dating from the 1860s, the building will require heritage restoration skills for the project management to carry out this assignment successfully and to engage in dialogue with the services of the Buildings of France (Bâtiments de France).
