TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the accommodation, meals and group-room services for the Arkea tukevien courses organised by the Finnish Rheumatism Association (Suomen Reumaliitto ry). The procurement covers the courses organised in 2027 and 2028. In addition, there is an option for two (2) option years. Requests for tenders are made for six regions: Central Finland (Keski-Suomi), Pirkanmaa, Northern Ostrobothnia (Pohjois-Pohjanmaa), Northern Savo (Pohjois-Savo), Päijät-Häme and Helsinki-Uusimaa. Courses are organised annually, eight (8) nationwide courses in different towns and localities, in accordance with the contracting authority’s instructions. The courses last from two days (from Friday to Sunday) to four days (from Monday to Friday). The courses have 16–18 participants. The courses are intended for adults who have rheumatoid arthritis or another musculoskeletal disease. The accommodation, group and restaurant facilities of the course venue must be accessible so that persons with mobility limitations can use them.
