TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the accommodation, catering and group room services required for implementing the goal-oriented, adaptation-supporting courses organised by the Finnish MS Society (Neuroliitto). The courses are intended for adults with multiple sclerosis (MS), a neurological rare disease or essential tremor, and depending on the type of course, for their spouses, relatives or families. The service to be procured includes the accommodation, catering and group room services defined in more detail in the request for tenders and its annexes, as well as other premises and services required for each course type. Minimum requirements have been set for the services on the basis of the participants’ needs. Participants may have limitations in functional capacity and symptoms caused by their condition, such as impaired mobility and functional capacity, unusual fatigue, difficulties related to seeing or visual perception, and problems with bladder and bowel function. The services and premises must be suitable for the needs of the target group.
