TENDER DESCRIPTION
Overall project: With the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies project, a modern new building is being created at the southernmost part of the existing Bayer Campus (Sellerstraße), featuring laboratory and office space as well as GMP areas for a total of approximately 720 employees. The overall building consists of four usage areas: IQ Spaces Expansion, Co-Lab, In cubator and GMP plant. In this context, the incubator area and the GMP production plant form the translation center. The laboratory and office spaces that can be used flexibly within the incubator area will primarily be used by company founders (start-ups), particularly in the field of research and development of cell and gene therapies. Space program: laboratories, offices, GMP area, lobby, café/bistro, logistics/warehouse. In total, approximately 5,700 m² of laboratory space are to be planned together with adjoining office space, distributed over floors 3 to 9. The laboratories are to be prepared for use in accordance with S2 (BioStoffV, GenTSV).
