TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services in particular includes protective measures for existing building and plant components, testing of the substrate and preparation of the substrate, removal of old coverings and non-load-bearing coatings, putty, priming, fleece and painting work on wall and ceiling surfaces including acoustic ceilings, stairwells, reveals, columns, wall panels and inspection covers. Painting/coating work is also included for steel door frames, steel sheet metal doors, existing doors, steel sheet metal covers, aluminium windows, radiators, copper pipes, stair railings, handrails as well as timber components and tongue-and-groove timber wall cladding. In addition, floor coatings including the required preparatory work, skirting base (plinth) formwork and flexible connection sealing joints are provided.
