TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Seelze intends to subject the north wing of the Rainbow School to comprehensive modernization, refurbishment and structural optimization. This step already represents the fourth construction phase of the overall project, after the extension of a cafeteria (Mensa) has been completed, an interim building has been erected for the temporary accommodation of the affected classes, and the south wing has been renovated. The services to be provided as part of the tender “Painting work, 4th construction phase (BA)” essentially include painting work on walls and ceilings, exterior coatings, painting/varnishing work, acrylic sealant joints as well as plaster and putty work.
