TENDER DESCRIPTION
The district of Nienburg/Weser is planning the construction of a new fire technical center (FTZ) in the industrial area of the village of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. It is a replacement new building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The floor plan comprises approx. 8,200 m² of usable space, as well as approx. 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – movement and training areas. A construction site of approx. 3.4 ha is available for this purpose. The tendered services include: Dust-binding floor coating approx.: 230 m² Wall coating approx.: 920 m² Ceiling coating approx.: 350 m² Painting Works
