TENDER DESCRIPTION
Replacement of 96 A3 multifunction devices at schools and regional vocational centers as well as 78 A3 multifunction devices in the administration (including day-care centers and fire station locations) with new devices of different performance classes in an initial mass rollout. Successive replacement of A4 multifunction devices & printers within the framework of flexible demand requests from users. Currently, approximately 600 existing devices are in use. The goal is both a reduction in model diversity and an optimization of the total number of devices. Detailed information on estimated quantities and maximum quantities of devices per performance class can be found in Annex 2 "Price Sheet" and on individual locations and facilities of the City of Neumünster in Annex 5 "Locations" within the tender documents.
