TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor shall provide the following services during the contract period: • Advance transition The technical acceptance of the transition is a prerequisite for the takeover of the Managed Service: Operation and further development of the FMS IT systems • Operation and further development of the FMS IT systems The operational services to be provided, the service handover points, SLAs, the reporting, as well as the collaboration model with the Contractor are specified by the Client. Within the environment defined by the Client, the Contractor is responsible for the proper and error-free operation of the finance management systems. It is assumed that the future Contractor will require 4 to 5 FTEs for continuous operation of all nine FMS IT systems.
