TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall provide the following services during the performance period: • Upfront transition The technical acceptance of the transition is a prerequisite for taking over the managed service: operation and further development of the FMS IT systems • Operation and further development of the FMS IT systems The operational services to be provided, the service handover points, SLAs, reporting, and the cooperation model with the contractor are specified by the contracting authority (BA). Within the environment defined by the BA, the contractor is responsible for the proper and error-free operation of the financial management systems. It is assumed that the future contractor will need 4 to 5 FTEs in order to ensure continuous operation of all nine FMS IT systems.
